## Mortality Cover

Your horse is covered if it dies or has to be euthanised due to an accidental, external and visible injury. We'll pay fair market value of your horse, up to the sum insured, plus GST, for any one event. Fair market value is what a buyer would have reasonably expected to pay for your horse immediately before the loss and takes into account several factors including competition history and breed of the horse. Cover is in New Zealand only, including when in transit on land. Death due to illness or disease is not covered.
